Day 1: Arusha – Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast in Arusha, depart with your professional safari guide and drive towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey passes through scenic landscapes, Maasai villages, and the Ngorongoro Highlands, offering excellent photographic opportunities. Upon arrival, enjoy the breathtaking views of the Ngorongoro Crater from the rim before checking in at your lodge or tented camp. The afternoon is spent relaxing or enjoying a short nature walk around the lodge area. Dinner and overnight are at the lodge, surrounded by cool highland air and stunning scenery.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Safari

Begin the day with an early breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day safari. Explore this natural wildlife sanctuary, home to a dense population of animals including lions, elephants, buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hippos, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor while observing wildlife at close range. The crater’s unique ecosystem and permanent water sources offer exceptional game viewing throughout the day. In the late afternoon, ascend back to the crater rim and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Ngorongoro – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart Ngorongoro and drive towards the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Travel through the highlands and vast plains, enjoying scenic views and occasional wildlife sightings along the way. Upon entering the Serengeti, begin an en-route game drive as you head to your lodge or tented camp. Spot giraffes, elephants, zebras, and predators roaming the savannah. After lunch, continue with an afternoon game drive across the endless plains. In the evening, arrive at your accommodation for dinner and overnight, surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

Day 4: Serengeti Safari

This day is dedicated to a full-day safari in Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most iconic wildlife destinations. After an early breakfast, set out for extensive game drives to follow wildlife movements and predator activity. The Serengeti is home to lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and large herds of wildebeest and zebra. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush while observing animals in their natural environment. Continue exploring different areas of the park in the afternoon before returning to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Serengeti – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in the Serengeti, taking advantage of the cooler hours when animals are most active. Later, depart the park and drive towards Lake Manyara National Park, travelling through scenic landscapes and local villages. Arrive in the Manyara area in the afternoon and check in at your lodge or camp. Relax and enjoy the surrounding nature before dinner. Overnight near Lake Manyara, preparing for the final safari experience the following day.

Day 6: Lake Manyara National Park – Arusha

After breakfast, enter Lake Manyara National Park for a morning game drive. Explore the park’s diverse habitats, including groundwater forests, open plains, and the lake shoreline. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree-climbing lions, large elephant families, hippos, and colourful birdlife. After a picnic lunch or lunch at the lodge, begin the drive back to Arusha.
